Animation Nation 2008

Hey!~

Just a bit of heads up, this year's Animation Nation 2008 is coming soon. From Oct 24 to 2 Nov, screenings at Fusionopolis, National Museum of Singapore, Alliance Française de Singapour, and library(a)esplanade.

Tickets are now on sale and you can also apply for seminars and workshop. Tertiary educational students can send an email to get the tickets for free.

Seminar: ADAPTING KAFKA

Koji Yamamura is one of Japan’s leading independent animators. His short film “A Country Doctor”, based on Franz Kafka’s short story, has won numerous awards, and another of his films, Mt Head, has won the Grand Prix at Annecy as well as been nominated for an Oscar. Mr Yamamura will talk about his filmmaking techniques and the process involved in the making of “A Country Doctor”.
